A quantity of 3 blank or random imprinted samples are sent out at no charge. Please provide a shipper number or cc number for freight charges. First time buyers must supply ASI number or Retail/Re-sale certificate.

• Screen and setup: $110 (P) per color, per design
• Reorder setup $40 (P) per color, per design for orders placed within 1 year of last order
• Imprint charges: $2.00 (P) per color, per design by location. NOTE: For umbrellas only, prices include a one-color imprint, one location. For each additional imprint, add $2.00 (P) per color, per location

Embroidery

Handle Disc Inserts

• Scratch-resistant poly dome inserts. Added UV inhibitor prevents yellowing
• Minimum order: 100 pieces

• Imprint charges: $3.70 (P) per color

Handle Pad Printing

• Plate and setup: $110 (P) per design, per color

Artwork Requirements
Digital art:

• Artwork intended for spot-color imprinting must be camera ready, color-matched at correct size, including type. We require vector artwork created in a program such as Illustrator or Corel Draw, saved in .eps, .ai, .pdf or .cdr format. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.
• Artwork intended for 4-color process imprinting must be 300+dpi and pre-sized. We accept .tif, .ai, .pdf, .eps, and .cdr files.

Hard Copy:

• Hard copies intended for scanning must be camera-ready and color separated to size, including type. Halftone artwork must be 55 line and to size.
• Artwork that is not considered clean will include art recreation($100(P) per hour, 1 hour minimum charge) or typesetting charges ($60(P)).
• Please do not send .doc, .jpg or Quark files. Artwork is screened using a 55 line dot.

• RainMark terms: 50% deposit required on approved credit, balance Net 30
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards accepted

• All customized orders considered complete with 5% over/under run
• Less than minimum orders:
  - Surcharge for less than 50 pieces per custom design: $200 (P)

• The inclusion of a one-color imprint in the price of the umbrellas shown in this catalog applies to screen printing umbrellas only and not other customization applications
• ShedRain cannot assume responsibility for the ownership of trademarks or corporate logos submitted for reproduction on our products. Trademarks, logos and company names reproduced in this catalog illustrate our imprinting capability only and do not imply endorsement of our products
• Sample policy: End quantity pricing is available for individual samples. Samples are not returnable

Delivery

• To comply with requested ship dates, all details of orders must be received promptly. The delivery schedules listed below will apply only after receipt of confirmed purchase order, correct artwork and approved credit or payment, if required. Delays or modifications may change delivery
• In-stock items:
  - No imprint: 3 - 5 business days
  - Imprinted: 10 - 15 business days
• Production items (custom color/special orders, please inquire):
  - Assembled in USA: 30 - 50 calendar days; may vary depending on quantity
  - Import: 90 - 120 calendar days
  - RainMark Custom: 120 - 150 calendar days after fabric swatch/logo approval
• Rush orders will be accommodated whenever possible. Contact our customer service team for scheduling and charges
• All delivery times quoted are normal and for bulk pack. Delivery could vary due to availability or extraordinary circumstances

Packaging and Shipping Information

• Individual mailing cartons:
  - Compact umbrellas and Pouchables: $4.50 (P) inserted
  - Traditional and golf umbrellas: $5.80 (P) inserted
• Split destinations or individual drop ship charge, per each location: For U.S. $10.00 (P), for International $12.00 (P). Address labels must be supplied by customer or call for changes
• All merchandise shipped via the least expensive available ground freight, prepaid and added to invoice, unless otherwise specified. If shipping via air is required, we must have written confirmation
• Additional charge for change of address
• Additional charge for UPS residential delivery
• Call for additional packaging services and charges
