ShedRain gladly accepts merchandise returns claimed within 10 days of receipt of goods.  To return merchandise you must request a Return Authorization number.  To receive an authorization number please EMAIL or call customer service at (800) 722-7246. Once your return has been processed an e-mail receipt will be sent to the ordering e-mailing address.  Refunds will be credited to the account or payment credit card within 14 business days.
